ESTELLA P. CONNER SCHWINDLER

Estella P. Schwindler, 88, of 1007 Elm St., who had been employed by The Emporium for many years and also operated her own upholstering business, died Monday morning in Ben Hur Nursing Home. Mrs. Schwindler was a member of Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was born on Sept. 12, 1885, in Montgomery County. She was a daughter of Samuel and Fannie Linn Conner. She marrier Homer K. Schwindler. He preceded her in death. Surviving are a brother, Zeddie Conner of Carmel, three nieces and a nephew. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Larimore Wickett officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today. – jlr
